Of Waikato-Maniapoto descent, Glenn Tootill has a legal background and is a Director of Maurea Law specialising in Māori land matters.  Glenn also has experience in the Waitangi Tribunal, as well as Māori governance and commercial matters. Glenn has held a number of governance roles for his iwi including acting as negotiator to assist Ngāti Maniapoto to complete their Treaty settlement. Glenn is passionate and committed to the progression and development of Māori. Glenn is co-Chair of Community Law Centres o Aotearoa, and was previously Tumuaki Tāne / Co-President of Te Hunga Rōia Māori o Aotearoa (the Māori Law Society).

Glenn became a trustee of the Len Reynolds Trust in February 2023.
